Floatation Therapy Session (60 minutes)
A deeply relaxing, zero-gravity experience designed to reduce stress, ease muscle tension and support mental wellbeing.

Infrared Sauna Session (45 minutes)
A full spectrum infrared sauna experience that gently heats the body to promote relaxation, circulation and muscle recovery.

Massage Therapy (30 minutes)
A personalised massage tailored to the individual, incorporating techniques such as deep tissue, relaxation, sports massage, hot stones or bamboo.
